New Projects

Upon the invitation of Geelong Golf Club, over a three-year period PGA LINKS has managed its affairs, including the re-location of approximately 450 members to the new course at The Sands Torquay and sadly, the orderly shut-down and wind-up of the clubs operation. A re-build into a golf/residential resort is now undergoing planning approval. PGA LINKS will be the manager of the redeveloped facility.

Bingara Gorge

Bingara Gorge is a new master planned residential golfing community being developed by Australia’s leading creator of award winning communities, Delfin. Located 60 minutes from the Sydney CBD and 25 minutes from Wollongong’s beaches, Bingara Gorge will include:

• Australia’s first Ernie Els designed championship golf course
• Country club and leisure facilities
• Approximately 1,165 dwellings
• Community, retail and educational facilities

PGA Links have been engaged by Delfin to provide general consultancy services and develop an operational business plan for the new community. Our scope covers golf operations, course maintenance, structuring, owners corporations, hospitality, community title, estate maintenance, private security, country club precinct design, business opportunities, finance and administration. Our past experiences enables us to offer a fully integrated business plan tailored to the development strategy being implemented.
